Archiving Correspondence

Unassigned correspondence can be archived directly from the inbox by selecting the Archive button.

Once archived, the item will move to the Archived tab within the inbox, where it will remain stored but inactive. Archived correspondence can be restored at any time if further action is required.

When unarchived, the correspondence can either be used to create a new case or linked to an existing case, ensuring that no information is lost and that all relevant communication can still be appropriately recorded and managed within the system.
