Case Statuses
All cases are organised by their current status in the Cases tab.
To view cases, click Cases in the left-hand menu. You will see groups based on status: Open, Resolved, or Rejected. Selecting a status will show all cases currently in that category that you have access to.
To see everything at once, click All. This gives you a complete overview of every case you have access to.
