Case Statuses

All cases within Companion are organised by their current status in the Cases tab, allowing for clear visibility and structured case management.

To view cases, select Cases from the left-hand menu. Cases are grouped according to their status:

  • Open - Cases that are currently being investigated
  • Overdue -Cases that have passed their Resolution Due Date without a resolution being marked as sent
  • Resolved - Cases that have been marked as resolved
  • Rejected - Cases that have been reviewed and marked as not proceeding further

Selecting one of these status categories will display all cases within that group that you have permission to access.

To view every case at once, select All. This provides a complete overview of all cases you have access to.
