Adding a New Case Manually

You can create a case directly in Companion without using an email. The form is the same as when creating a case from the Inbox however the concern / complaint box isn’t prepopulated.

ℹ️

If you have Member access, this is the only way you can log a new case.

  • Click + New Case in the top right side
  • Complete the form with the complaint or concern details
  • Click Submit

The case will now appear in your Cases tab.
